COIXÍ CRAZY QUILT “CORS I PAPALLONES”.

De tant en tant, Les Antònies, ens deixem portar per la creativitat i, amb un punt de bogeria, fem coses diferents i atrevides.

En aquesta ocasió hem fet servir un drap de cuina, bastant gran, amb un estampat de ratlles i un munt de retalls diferents, puntes, flors, botons i grannies de ganxet (1), per fer un coixí.

Primer, amb els retalls de tela, fem un crazy quilt, cosim com nosaltres vulguem, combinant segons el nostre gust (2). Després marquem el davanter del coixí, tenint en compte, que no s’ha de centrar, que s’han de deixar per la part del darrere un tros més llarg que l’altre i cosim el crazy quilt que hem fet, amb puntades decoratives (3); ara és el moment d’afegir totes les decoracions que vulguem, distribuint-les de la manera que més ens agradi. Pleguem (4), i cosim les costures laterals, pel davant amb una puntada decorativa, per formar el coixí (5); pel darrera, un plec a de quedar per damunt de l’altre, per poder ficar el farcit del coixí (6).

Aquest és el resultat de la nostra inspiració (7). Proveu i deixeu-vos portar per la vostra imaginació per crear les vostres petites obres d’art de patchwork.

COJÍN CRAZY QUILT “CORAZONES Y MARIPOSAS”.

De vez en cuando, Les Antònies, nos dejamos llevar por la creatividad y, con un punto de locura, hacemos cosas diferentes y atrevidas.

En esta ocasión hemos usado un paño de cocina, bastante grande, con un estampado de rallas y un montón de retales diferentes, puntillas, flores, botones y grannies de ganchillo (1), para hacer un cojín.

Primero, con los retales de tela, hacemos un crazy quilt, cosemos como nosotr@s queramos, combinando siguiendo nuestro gusto (2). Después marcamos el delantero del cojín, teniendo en cuenta, que no se ha de centrar, que se han de dejar por la parte de detrás un trozo más largo que el otro y cosemos el crazy quilt que hemos hecho, con puntadas decorativas (3); ahora es el momento de añadir todas las decoraciones que queramos, distribuyéndolas de la manera que más nos guste. Plegamos (4), y cosemos las costuras laterales, por delante con una puntada decorativa, per formar el cojín (5); por detrás, un pliegue a de quedar por encima del otro, para poder meter el relleno del cojín (6).

Este es el resultado de nuestra inspiración (7). Probad y dejaos llevar por vuestra imaginación para crear vuestras pequeñas obras de arte de patchwork.

CRAZY QUILT PILLOW: "HEARTS AND BUTTERFLIES".

From time to time, Les Antònies, let us get to the creative and, with a touch of madness, we do different and daring things.

On this occasion we have used a kitchen towel, quite large, with a striped print and lots of different fabric scraps, laces, flowers, buttons and crochet grannies (1), to make a pillow.

First of all, with the scraps of fabric, we make a crazy quilt, sew as we want, combining according to our taste (2). After mark the front of the pillow, taking into account, that we don't have to focus on, which is left to the rear a piece longer than the other and sew the crazy quilt that we have done, with decorative stitches (3); now is the time to add all the decorations we want, distributing them in the way that the more we like it. We fold (4), and sew the side seams, in front with a decorative stitch, to form the pillow (5); for the last, a piece to be above the other, in order to get the filling of the pillow (6).

This is the result of our inspiration (7). Try and let yourself be carried away by your imagination to create your patchwork’s small works of art.
